From planning to final delivery

Needs assessment and product definition

In the first step, we precisely define the project requirements and product specifications, including product type, required standards such as CE, FDA, ISO, and others, raw materials, annual or per-shipment quantities, as well as packaging, labeling, and special customization requirements. This stage forms a critical foundation for the entire process and enables suppliers to submit realistic, accurate quotations aligned with the client’s expectations and business needs.

Supplier and manufacturer sourcing

During the supplier and manufacturer sourcing stage, a targeted search is conducted to identify potential partners that meet the predefined requirements. The process includes searching international supplier databases, conducting background and reliability checks, sending technical specifications and samples, and requesting structured quotations (RFQs). The goal of this step is to narrow the list to manufacturers capable of delivering a high-quality, consistent product at a competitive and appropriate price.

Commercial negotiation and sample ordering

At this stage, commercial negotiations are conducted with the selected manufacturers, including price finalization, definition of payment terms such as TT, LC, or DP, alignment on delivery timelines, and setting the minimum order quantity (MOQ). In parallel, samples are ordered for quality testing and approval. Only after the samples are reviewed and confirmed to meet the required specifications do we proceed to the first order with full confidence.

Issuing the official purchase order

At the official order stage, a structured Purchase Order (PO) is issued, detailing all previously agreed terms, including pricing, quantities, delivery schedules, required standards, and packaging and branding requirements. A clear and accurate purchase order serves as a binding document that protects the importer in case of disputes with the supplier and ensures full alignment between agreed terms and actual execution.

Production and factory quality control

During the production stage, close supervision and ongoing quality control are carried out at the factory alongside production progress. The process includes pre-production inspections, in-process quality checks, and a final inspection prior to shipment (Final QC). Quality control is designed to prevent errors in real time, reduce unnecessary costs, and ensure the final product meets the predefined requirements and expectations.

Packaging, labeling, and documentation preparation

At the packaging, labeling, and documentation stage, full preparation is carried out to ensure proper shipment and smooth customs clearance. The process includes issuing the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and attaching required standards such as CE, along with relevant test approvals. Accurate preparation of all documentation is essential to prevent customs delays and ensure a smooth shipment flow.

Transportation from factory to port

During the inland transportation stage, full management of the movement of goods from the production site to the port of departure is carried out. This includes pickup from the supplier, controlled loading onto trucks or containers, and organized transport to the port. Proper and secure loading at this stage is critical to preventing damage and maintaining product integrity before international shipping begins.

International shipping (sea / air)

During the international shipping stage, the goods are transported from the port of origin to the destination via sea, air, or rail, depending on shipment requirements and characteristics. Sea freight, the most common option, involves loading the container onto a vessel and assigning a tracking reference through a Bill of Lading (B/L). Transit time varies by origin country - for example, shipments from China to Israel typically take between 14 and 25 days. For urgent or sensitive cargo, air freight can be selected, offering significantly shorter transit times at a higher cost compared to sea freight.

Arrival at destination port and customs clearance

Upon arrival at the destination port, the customs clearance process in Israel begins, carried out through a licensed customs broker and in accordance with regulatory requirements applicable to the product type. This stage includes submission of the import declaration and required import documents, inspections by the Standards Institute, and when necessary, additional approvals from the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Communications, or Ministry of Transport. Once inspections are completed and duties and VAT are paid, the shipment is released for distribution or transport to its final destination.
